Casa Loma is open daily for general admission touring from 9:30am to 5:00pm (last admission at 4:30pm). Tickets include general admission to Casa Loma, the Sir Henry Pellatt Documentary, and a mobile audio guide app available for download in English, French, Spanish, and Mandarin. Ticket price covers the audio guide download and documentary viewing. Physical audio guide devices can be rented from the gift shop. General admission tickets are not valid for special programming and events unless otherwise noted. Children 3 and under are free when accompanied by a ticketed adult family member. The heritage elevator is limited to guests requiring it for accessibility. Strollers are not recommended due to stairs. The Liberty Café, gift shop, and paid parking are located on site.
