Le Massilia Reggae Club is a dance night dedicated to Jamaican music, curated by two members of Massilia Sound System: Prince Tatou (Moussu T), the founder, and DJ Kayalik. An old-school, 100% vinyl sound system for pure dancing and enjoyment. The night splits into two parts: Prince Tatou rewinds to ska, rocksteady, and early reggae (1966-1973)—joyful, powerful, rarely heard gems from reggae's formative years, rhythms of rude boys and proletarians. Then DJ Kayalik propels to the present and future with energetic digital reggae, inventive ragga and hip-hop mixes. A lively spot to dance, direct from Le Poulpe!
