C.W. Stoneking is an Australian/American singer, musician, and recording artist born in Katherine, Northern Territory, Australia, in the mid-1970s. He has lived and toured across Australia, the UK, Europe, and the U.S.A. He has independently released three critically acclaimed albums: King Hokum, Jungle Blues, and Gon’ Boogaloo. He performs internationally with various backing bands or solo. His music features New Orleans-style brass and drums, traditional African and Caribbean percussion, early 20th-century blues, jazz, American folk guitar and banjo, and gospel-inspired electric guitar. Stoneking blends diverse musical styles and traditions into his unique sound.
