Casa Loma is open daily for general admission touring from 9:30am to 5:00pm (last admission at 4:30pm). Tickets include general admission, the Sir Henry Pellatt documentary, and a mobile audio guide app in English, French, Spanish, and Mandarin. Physical audio guides available for rent at the gift shop. Children 3 and under are free with a ticketed adult. Heritage elevator limited to accessibility needs.
