On the top floor, watch a 10-minute animated panoramic film 'Merciless and Merciful History: 15,000 Years at the Red Tower', showing geographical changes and historical events from the Ice Age to today. Ticket includes film screening and optional short guided history tour. Entry through gate on Hommiku street. Limited capacity: 30 minutes per visit. Contact for groups over 10. Narrow steep stairs and high thresholds limit accessibility.
