Smoove & Turrell are a funk and soul band from Newcastle, England, formed in 2009 by DJ/producer Smoove, vocalist John Turrell, and keyboardist Mike Porter. They gained buzz with debut single 'I Can't Give You Up' and released their classic LP 'Antique Soul' on Jalapeno Records. Regularly featured on Craig Charles Funk & Soul Show, Jazz FM, BBC 6 Music.
