Mount Turmoil is a unique band currently working on their debut full-length album, produced by Jannes Van Rossom (known from Sloper, Mario Goossens of Triggerfinger, and Cesar Zuiderwijk of Golden Earring). Members have diverse backgrounds: singer Arjen Koekoek grew up with an American mother, guitarist Tom Kenter lived in London and San Francisco, bassist Lazaros Valavanis in Greece, and drummer Eric Louisville has Surinamese roots. Expect influences from catchy britpop and swampy southern rock to intimate americana and heavy grunge rock. They performed at Zwarte Cross, aired on Radio 2 and Radio 3 with Giel Beelen.
