Traum

The Italian supergroup Traum consists of seasoned instrumentalists known for their collaborations with many foreign heroes of instrumental alternative music:

• Luca Ciffo (Fuzz Orchestra)
• Lorenzo Stecconi (Lento)
• Luca T. Mai (Zu)
• Paolo Mongardi (Fuzz Orchestra/Zeus/Il Sogno Del Marinaio).

They released the album “Memoria Ancestrale”, a modern version of kraut-rock skillfully combined with similar genres such as space-rock and psychedelic-rock. Traum means dream in German.

These 8 songs on the album serve as a musical backdrop for various types of dreams, ranging from vague, inexplicable, to optimistically beautiful, but also nightmares. Paolo Mongardi performed nearly a year ago in Belgrade. As a member of Il Sogno Del Marinio, a band led by Mike Watt, Paolo showcased his virtuosity at the end of May last year.

On Saturday, March 1st, he arrives with his Italian pals to take us back to the early 70s and the time when kraut rock emerged.
