The Vuk and Dositej Museum

The monodrama 'Dositej Dossier' is inspired by the life story of our great enlightener, writer, and philosopher Dositej Obradović. The performance takes place in the authentic space of the former Great School and by merging Dositej's biography and the space, the interpretive power of the museum theater comes to the fore, through the presentation of a historical figure whose work is inseparably linked to the building where the Museum is located today. The character of Dositej Obradović comes to life through the actor Vladimir Tsvetich, who portrays the era in which Dositej lived, the people he met, and the period of the birth of the modern Serbian state. In the fifth season, DOSITEJ DOSITEJ is presented in a restyled outfit, accompanied by the presentation of a digital map of Dositej's travels throughout Europe.
