Dim
JANUARY 31
The sole bearers of the local leftfield live act torch, @tapan_bg, celebrate 10 years since their formation and perform Live at Dim!
Closing this icy January is a treat for all who enjoy hearing that extra mile run by electronic musicians. Coming in full formation, with long-term collaborators, saxophonist Jamal Al Kiswani and percussionist Feđa Franklin, @schwabe.dj and @websitey add one more spice to this, guitarist @w_o_o_.
From “Volumes” on Crimes of The Future, “the City,” “Tarantella,” “Europa,” “Ghana,” “Atlas,” “Twenty,” “Novi Svet” four-tracker for Offen Music, and a self-released collaboration with Ognen Zlatanov of Perija and Andrian Lever of Arhai, “Inner Voice,” Tapan’s discography includes an impossible list of collaborators, like Generation Taragalte, Decha, Rebolledo, or Full Circle, and never cuts its folk roots.
Tapan announce they will also be playing the material from their upcoming album, scheduled for release in 2026.
