The multimedia performance “BORDERS” is coming to Belgrade @dimsam___ ✨ Thursday, January 9th, 19h.

The project “Borders” is a multimedia performance by the co-author team: Olga Uzikaeva, Aleksandar Lazar, Miloš Dimitrijević, and Igor Stangliczky. The idea for the performance emerged as a reflection on current issues of migration, citizenship, identity, and the relationship between humans and technology.

This performance invites the audience to explore various aspects of the boundaries that shape our world—physical, emotional, mental, social, and technological. The performer confronts symbolic obstacles like large hands and graphic representations of waves that visualize energy, exploring different aspects of limitations as well as the potential for freedom. Through an interactive and multidisciplinary approach, we express the struggle for freedom, closeness, and the overcoming of boundaries.
