Salutations to the Sun - A Hatha Yoga journey

This Hatha Yoga session centres on Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) — a flowing sequence of movements linked with breath. The practice helps energise the body, improve flexibility, and sharpen focus, making it an ideal reset during or before the workday.

The word “Hatha” combines “Ha” (sun) and “Tha” (moon), representing balance — effort and ease, activity and rest. Through simple postures, guided breathing, and short moments of stillness, this session supports both physical vitality and mental calm.

The Helios installation creates a unique setting for this experience. Surrounded by immersive light, participants are invited to move with awareness and connect to natural rhythms — using breath and movement to build strength, balance, and clarity. The light-filled environment encourages presence and focus, helping participants feel grounded, energised, and ready to begin their day with clarity.
