East Forest will be joining the Equinox event at the Columbus Art Museum - an ensemble improvisation w/East Forest on piano, vocals, and keys for their 3rd Annual Spring Equinox Sound Bath.

Bring what you would like to lie on during the sound bath including a yoga mat or pad, pillow, blanket, and even an eye mask.

A blanket is encouraged because of the variability of the temperature in the room. Everyone has different preferences, and we want you to be comfortable.

Bring a journal and pen so you can reflect on anything that is brought up during the sound bath.
