Casa Loma is open daily for general admission touring from 9:30am - 5:00pm (last admission at 4:30pm). All tickets include general admission to Casa Loma, the Sir Henry Pellatt Documentary, and mobile audio guide app available in English, French, Spanish, and Mandarin. Physical audio guide devices can be rented from the gift shop. Children 3 and under are free when accompanied by a ticketed adult family member. The heritage elevator is limited to guests who require it for accessibility. Strollers are not recommended due to stairs.
