Ljubljana-based band Bogunov has been active for over 20 years, opening up to wider audiences in the past seven. Debut album “More bijesa” took 15 years, released in 2020, followed by “Dolazimo u miru” in 2022, and latest “Voda niz lice” in September 2025 via PGP-RTS—the first Slovenian band to sign with them in nearly three decades. Music spans pop to dark rock, with chanson, blues, new wave, folk influences. Lyrics by singer Ognjen Zeljić explore individual-society dynamics and intimate emotions, shifting from dark raw to romantic, melancholic, optimistic, danceable.
