Charming Disaster are a goth-folk musical duo based in Brooklyn, NY, formed in 2012 by Ellia Bisker and Jeff Morris. Inspired by the macabre humor of Edward Gorey and Tim Burton, the murder ballads of the Americana tradition, and the dramatic flair of the cabaret, they write playfully dark songs that tell stories about death, crime, myth, magic, folklore, science, and the occult.

The Drowning Lovers sprang from theatrical and indie folk roots with an emphasis on darkly comedic story-telling. Though this has evolved into swishy lounge-jazz-noir, The Drowning Lovers hold fast to their darkly romantic and dreamy sound. They are based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Thomas Little is an ink and pigment maker living in North Carolina. Central to his practice is the dissolution of firearms to create iron based pigments. He operates A Rural Pen Inkworks as his business and as a platform to experiment with elements of the traditional medicine show/street hawker/human billboard, incorporating the performative into the process of transmuting materials of war into materials of wonder. He will be presenting his toy theater drama, "An Imprudent Use of Ink."
