Pete and Maura Kennedy are a married couple who trace their musical roots back to Naci Griffith's Blue Moon Orchestra. Their own career launched with 1995's award-winning "River of Fallen Stars". Nearly 3 decades and seventeen albums on, they have just released "Headwinds". The title embodies their blend of optimism with hard-hitting realism. The symbolism of struggling against headwinds is a lyrical expression of their hope that all of us as a community will be able to come together and overcome the social, political and environmental crises that we share across the globe.
