Casa Loma is open daily from 9:30am to 5:00pm for general admission touring (last admission 4:30pm). Tickets include general admission to Casa Loma, the Sir Henry Pellatt documentary, and a mobile audio guide app available in English, French, Spanish, and Mandarin. Physical audio guide devices can be rented from the gift shop. General admission tickets are not valid for special programming and events unless noted. Children 3 and under are free with a ticketed adult. The heritage elevator is available only for accessibility needs; strollers are not recommended due to stairs.
