Description
On February 11, the Ilya M. Kolarac Foundation Gallery will open a retrospective exhibition entitled "Na prestupni dan," dedicated to Damjan Jakov, one of the most significant Serbian artists of the late 20th and early 21st centuries.
The exhibition will feature, for the first time, works created during the artist's many years of residence in Italy, from the mid-1980s to the beginning of the new millennium. The exhibition consists of more than 40 works, mainly from the 1990s, the artist's creative heyday. The works for the exhibition have been provided by the Bugno Art Gallery (Venice) with the support of the Italian Cultural Institute in Belgrade and the Italian Embassy.
The exhibition will run until February 28.🖼
