Alessio Bondì is a singer-songwriter from Palermo, Italy. His songs offer a new and exciting perspective on the Sicilian dialect, which he privileges as a key to the unconscious—never confined to purely traditional contexts nor considered a second-rate language.

The dialect becomes the key to a shared, communal emotion, allowing one to transcend the self and reach a collective, pre-linguistic ecstasy, where it no longer matters who you are, only that you become lost in others, in music, in Everything.
