Description
"Third Table" is an absurd comedy about love, jealousy, fate, and death - where laughter and anxiety walk side by side. Three widows, two men, and one waiter are bound by an invisible thread, even if they do not realize it. Witty, paradoxical, and a little dangerous, this is the kind of performance after which you might want to look under your chair.
This show is where the story of DIY Theater began: it was first performed on May 13, 2014, at the iconic House of Actors, and ever since it has kept returning to the stage - each time different, each time "alive". It has traveled through many spaces, from post-Soviet culture halls and intimate art cafes to major art centers, and everywhere it made audiences laugh where they usually would not.
Based on Slawomir Mrozek's play "Widows"
In Ukrainian with German subtitles
