Hong earned her PhD from Nanjing University of Chinese Traditional Medicine. With both Yin and Yang of Tai Chi, Hong’s life mission is to share the richness of Tai Chi to help participants improve Tai Chi skills for a healthy body and embody Tai Chi wisdom for a quality life.
