The traditional Nišville Jazz Festival in Niš will take place from August 9th to 18th this year — starting already this Friday. However, the main music program will start only from August 15th. In 2016, The Guardian included it in the top 10 jazz festivals in Europe, noting its 'excellent value for money' and the location: concerts mostly take place in a fortress, on extensive green space surrounded by Ottoman walls and gates.
