Cocktail dinner from 20:30 to 22:30 including Iberian ham and cheese, steak tartar, guacamole with pico de gallo, tomato gazpacho with smoked sardine and basil oil, boletus croquettes with truffle mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and semi-dried tomato croquettes, gratinated cod with toasted garlic muslin and quinoa, low-temperature pork rib rice with artichokes, octopus with potato foam and all-i-oli.
