Les Négresses Vertes perform in Belgrade as part of their Zobi tour. Formed in Paris in 1987 from the punk movement, the band blends world music, Mediterranean influences, alternative rock, punk, gypsy elements, and South American rhythms. Known for realistic songs and global success singing in French. Key albums: Mlah (1988), Famille Nombreuse (1991), Zigzague (1995), Trabendo (1999). Reformed in 2018, performed 350 concerts by 2024. Current lineup: Stefan Melino (guitar, vocals), Fransoa Tuš (harmonika, backing vocals), Iza Melino (percussion, backing vocals), Mih Ohovijak (trumpet, backing vocals), Gven Badu (trombone, backing vocals), Matje Rabate (drums).
