Dave Douglas and Trish Clowes have announced a short run of live dates in the UK. Their project is called Eyes Up and presents material written especially for the shows. Douglas and Clowes’s music for Eyes Up features Ross Stanley, Chris Montague and Joel Barford, in an open forum for contemporary, rhythmic and lyrical repertoire. Both leaders bring their compositional gifts to bear in this new collaborative venture, likely to be recorded and expanded over the coming seasons.
