A well-known Croatian businessman on his birthday finds out that bankruptcy is looming. His office is stormed by a family with a cake and tambourine-playing musicians, while at the same time his daughter, who is studying in London, calls him to announce her pregnancy, sending a congratulatory message. In the style of Balkan comedy, blending humor, warmth, and tension, "Wedding" tells the unusual story of two families.
