A very special night of blues celebrating the music of the greatest female blues artists - Koko Taylor, Etta James, Bessie Smith and other contemporary crossover singers like Aretha Franklin and Janis Joplin. A special night featuring vocalists Acantha Lang and Beverley Skeete backed up by a five-piece band, including regulars from the Ronnie Scott’s Blues Explosion: Tony Remy on guitar, Ian Matthews on drums and Nick Cohen on bass.
