Description

Breathwork evening practicing conscious, deep, and connected breathing. Helps focus, energize, calm the mind, reduce stress, and relax the body. Uses headphones with accompanying music and supportive phrases. Facilitated by Tarmo Madisson and Aili Pullerits. No prior experience required. Wear comfortable clothes; mats and blankets provided. Not recommended for recent surgery (within 2 months), epilepsy, glaucoma, or cardiovascular diseases.
