Hip-hop's most eccentric rapper is coming to Checkpoint for the very first time!

Few rappers have been as controversial, inspiring and influential as Long Island native Richard Andrew Thorburn. As RA The Rugged Man, he is beloved by fellow rappers, having worked with the likes of Mobb Deep, Notorious BIG and Wu-Tang Clan, among others. He also appeared on all three of Rawkus' legendary Soundbombing albums.

He was most recently featured on the album "All My Heroes Are Dead", which featured an impressive line-up of guests – including Ghostface Killah, Ice T, MOP, Chuck D, Vinnie Paz & Immortal Technique.
