Next year we want to start smooth and invite you for a very special listening session with two live performances from two very talented musicians - Chloé Ryo and Anymodal.
Chloé Ryo
Currently based in Vienna, Chloé Ryo is a contemporary trombonist and sound artist, who explores alternative forms of expression, blurring the boundaries between experimental and contemporary classical music. Her creative work spans a wide range, from interpreting written scores to improvisation, electronic composition, and performative art. Inspired by her contemporary surroundings, she embraces opportunities to acquire diverse knowledge, allowing her to express her vision and transcend traditional categories.
Anymodal
Anymodal is the alter ego of Siberia-born producer and composer Evgeniy Pisarchenko, raised amid an ascetic and rough northern suburbia. Seamlessly blending ambient tranquility with hectic breaks, braindance, and deep bass, he crafts sonic journeys that are both adventurous and meditative. With a cosmopolitan outlook, his performances range from the Moroccan Sahara (LPM Festival, 2024) to Hong Kong (Mihn Club), drawing inspiration from Istanbul’s vibrant underground scene where he has long been an active contributor. His authentic, laptop-free live sets—defined by expressive gear operation—have earned him residencies on platforms like UK-based Subtle Radio and Istanbul’s renowned Noh Radio, alongside appearances at notable venues including Mihn Club (Hong Kong), Drugstore (Belgrade), Şahika, Arkaoda (Istanbul), and Bult (Almaty), as well as recent Stihia festival (Uzbekistan). Primarily focused on live performance, Anymodal has recently expanded into music releases on Geometric Corruption (Casablanca), Judder (Moscow), Porog (Siberia)
