FloodGate (Kelowna, BC) A 5-piece progressive metalcore band from Kelowna, FloodGate brings a fresh new sound full of potential, coupled with an energetic live show. The band takes inspiration from progressive and heavy bands like Veil of Maya, Animals as Leaders, Glass Cloud, and Darko US. Since it's the members' first project, they went the experimental route with songwriting by blending genres such as Metalcore, Bhangra, and Electronica. This new fusion sound translates to a chaotic and loud sound with a sense of order and technicality live.
