Every year on the last weekend in July, the tranquil town of Bausendorf near Wittlich in the Eifel region becomes a mecca for punk and hardcore fans when the RIEZ Open Air invites you to the garden of the RIEZ Rockbar for three days of national and international acts. Since 1999, hundreds of music fans have been celebrating at the "world's craziest garden party" with music greats like Hatebreed, Lagwagon, Bouncing Souls, Against Me!, Terror, Sick of it All, Strung Out, Dritte Wahl, Turbostaat, Slime, and Ignite, to name just a few, in a family-friendly garden party that's beyond the bounds of the big festivals.
