Enjoy free live entertainment in downtown Lowell during the Spring Busker Festival! Organized by the City of Lowell through the Office of Cultural Affairs and Special Events, this festival brings together musicians, dancers, aerialists, market vendors, food trucks and more for a day full of exciting entertainment.

Parking Notice Please note that there will be no parking on Middle, Palmer, and Shattuck Streets on Saturday, May 10, 2025 starting at 9:00 AM and ending at 7:00 PM.

Middle and Palmer Streets will be closed to traffic on May 10th between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Please seek alternative routes. The Enterprise Bank Parking Lot at 222 Merrimack Street will remain accessible for Enterprise Bank customers via Shattuck Street during this time.
