Sem Palavras marks Marta Pereira da Costa's return to recording and to major stages, in a very special encounter between her Portuguese guitar and the piano of award-winning Cuban musician Ivan Melón Lewis. It’s an intimate conversation between two instruments, with intention, sensitivity, and feeling in every note, chord, or silence. The artist has chosen the Teatro Tivoli BBVA for the first presentation of this new collection of songs in Lisbon – bringing together original compositions and works from diverse figures like Carlos Paredes, George Gershwin, Joaquín Rodrigo, Chick Corea, José Luis Tinoco, and António Pinho Vargas. This concert will also feature the collaboration of Mexican choreographer Kike Peres Câncio, creating unique moments where music and dance intertwine.
