The Museum of Vuk and Dositej

The monodrama 'My Father Vuk Karadžić' is the sentimental life story of Vuk's daughter about interesting aspects of his private life, family difficulties, and poverty in which her father created, as well as the most significant events and personalities that surrounded him. The program, enriched with the presentation of documentary material, family photographs, and the rhythms of old-town music numbers, brings to life the time Mina narrates about, while contemporary audio-visual effects revive the authentic space of the old building. In the eighth season, actress Ljiljana Jakšić, in the role of Mina Karadžić, tells the audience an emotional biographical story about the life of the family of Vuk Stefanović Karadžić.
