Clinicians have long been struggling to navigate the minefield that lies between ethical codes and the laws set forth in state and federal governments. This course will highlight many of the most common dilemmas, investigate each dimension of the problem and help attendees develop a strong decision making model from which to set their course; ensuring sound, legal and ethical judgements in even the most challenging cases.
