Wolves in The Throne Room

 

US Black Metal masters Wolves in the Throne Room create melancholic 

atmospheres that are an ode to rain storms, wood smoke and the wild 

energies of the Pacific Northwest. In October 2023 they unleashed CRYPT OF 

ANCESTRAL KNOWLEDGE. This EP contains two Epic Metal tracks as well as two 

Atmospheric Industrial Journeys that push the band’s sound into 

invigorating new directions.

AND UNADULTERATED. SUMMONING THE BLASPHEMING SPIRIT OF THE GENRE’S FORBEARS 

AND INFUSING IT WITH ME-LODY AND MENACE, THE BAND HAS DISTINGUISHED ITSELF 

BY LIVE PERFORMANCES OF STRIKING INTENSITY, DELIVERING AN INTOXICATING MIX 

OF EXTRAVAGANT, SUBLIME DECAY AND UNAPOLOGETIC ROCK N’ ROLL.

Why do we have a restoration Levy?
 
Put very simply, our restoration levy is an additional charge added to your ticket price which is directly invested back into the venue. This money is used for critical maintenance, repairs, and preservation efforts to ensure the long-term sustainability of the building. 
 
As the 3rd oldest church building in Glasgow, dating back to 1836, Saint Luke's requires ongoing care and special restoration to maintain its historic character and facilities. This levy will enable us to fund essential projects that will safeguard the venue's future as a vibrant hub for live music and community events.
