Vent 414 was a short-lived (1995-1996) project of Miles Hunt (The Wonder Stuff), Morgan Nicholls (Senseless Things), and Pete Howard (The Clash, EAT). The band recorded a self-titled album with Steve Albini at Abbey Road Studios, released by Polydor Records. After disbanding in 1996, members pursued other projects: Nicholls with The Streets, Gorillaz, Muse, The Who; Howard with Queenadreena, Paul Weller, The Wonder Stuff; Hunt reformed The Wonder Stuff. Reunited in 2024 at the invitation of producer Matt Terry, they recorded 15 new songs for a May 2026 album release, accompanied by a UK tour.
