High-level training on biologically guided immediate implantation (IDR) and hard/soft tissue reconstruction (BBA). Lecturers: Dr. Natalja Kull (Estonia, oral/maxillofacial surgery, implantology; MSc Danube University Krems; trained Khoury, Zastrow; BBA instructor), Dr. Krasimir Zlatev (Bulgaria, 40+ years; trained Zucchelli, Loi etc.; MIB instructor). Day 1: Lectures on BBA principles, IDR biology/decision tree/classification/extraction/reconstruction/cases. Day 2: Hands-on pig mandibles (intact/compromised sockets).
