Monodrama “Krotka” is an author's project and master's thesis of actress Sara Simović, in the class of Boris Liješević. The monodrama is based on motifs from the novella by Fyodor Dostoevsky, whose story is told by a man about what happened and what could have led to the suicide of his wife.

By changing the narrator's perspective, “Krotka” takes us into “her” world and shows us her side of the story. Who is that girl? How ready was she to become a woman? How long were they keeping her voiceless?
