The traditional Nišville Jazz Festival in Niš will take place from 9 to 18 August this year—starting this Friday. However, the main musical program will start only on August 15. In 2016, The Guardian included it in the top 10 jazz festivals in Europe, noting the 'excellent value for money' and the location: concerts mainly take place in a fortress, on extensive green space, surrounded by Ottoman walls and gates.
