Following Hurricane Melissa which hit the coast of Jamaica on the 28th October this year, affecting 1.9 million residents and devastating countless families and their homes, the Vortex Jazz Club will be hosting a concert on the 23rd December raising funds for the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent appeal. Join us for an incredible night of music and improvisation celebrating Jamaican music – with the line-up consisting of Orphy Robinson, Cleveland Watkiss, Leon Foster Thomas, Gary Crosby, Sebastian Rochford and many more still to be announced.
