PRIVACY NOTICE related to personal data collected by FUN CAPITAL INC. and/or its related, affiliated and/or subsidiaries, hereinafter referred to as “FUN CAPITAL”.

By accessing or using any of the systems or platforms developed by FUN CAPITAL you accept that you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which are in force during the use of the FUN CAPITAL Platform(s), hereinafter the “PLATFORM”.

GENERAL

On the PLATFORM, we respect your personal information through its limited and legitimate use, so you are informed of the following: your personal data corresponds only to you, FUN CAPITAL is responsible for not revealing any type of information that belongs to you ( such as email, IP address, etc.), except with your express authorization or in exceptional cases such as situations caused due to force majeure that require it, such as cyber theft or impersonations and legitimate local or international government requirements.

These Terms and Conditions govern, without limitation, the receipt and exchange of E-Tickets or physical Tickets, if applicable, (indistinctly “TICKETS”) purchased by you on the PLATFORM, which gives you the right to attend or receive the tours, attractions, activities, events, dinners, concerts and/or experiences (“PRODUCTS”) to be delivered by the provider of such Products (“SUPPLIER”), as identified on the PLATFORM in the PRODUCT information and/or on TICKETS. You acknowledge and agree that FUN CAPITAL acts only as an intermediary for the sales of the TICKETS of the SUPPLIER PRODUCTS that you are purchasing on the PLATFORM. You also acknowledge that FUN CAPITAL is exclusively responsible for the sale and making available of said TICKETS and the commercial and commercial responsibilities that arise in relation to the PRODUCTS are solely between you and the SUPPLIER, never with FUN CAPITAL. When these Terms and Conditions refer to “you” or “your”, it refers to any person who purchases or redeems TICKETS for PRODUCTS from the SUPPLIER. With respect to any TICKET that is transferable, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the transferee to these Terms and Conditions and you hereby accept these Terms and all obligations and liabilities arising therefrom, on behalf of such transferee.

The delivery to you of any proof of payment in connection with the acquisition of a TICKET for a PRODUCT will be the sole responsibility of the SUPPLIER.
