Theatre for children and youth in Kragujevac

The play Children's Injuries is a dark and romantic comedy melodrama written by American playwright Joseph Rajiv in 2011. It is a duo drama that depicts a warm, human story between two seemingly similar individuals, equally unhappy and lonely, who meet over a period of three decades. The drama unfolds non-chronologically, jumping back in time, then suddenly moving to the future, only to return to the present, which adds to the dynamic and attractiveness of the plot. The play describes a platonic emotional relationship between the characters who, from the age of 8 to 38, mostly meet in the emergency room, heal their wounds, or as the title suggests - children's injuries, which are psychological, physical, and painful in every way, through suffering and discomfort. And it's touching how, through the developmental path of their relationship over 30 years, even though they are in love with other people, they never truly give up on each other.
