Bliss Body Technique
The Bliss Technique is a simple yet powerful practice that gently instructs your cellular system to awaken and stabilize bliss consciousness. This technique is layered within your daily mantra meditation, it deepens the experience of inner joy and refines the nervous system’s capacity to hold elevated states. This technique becomes available after six months of consistent twice-daily Sri Meditation, when the body and mind are ready to receive more subtle instruction. The course includes a sacred puja, personal initiation, and a knowledge session, all offered in a two-hour format
After puja & being initiated into the two parts of the technique, we will practice together as a group.
