We barely had time to recover from the "Quotes" mini-festival created by DrugDrugu KINO with the support of Yandex, and February is already here with regular film screenings.
The venue once again moves to "Kulturny Tsentr Vlada Divlyan", and the choice this time is rhyming movies: two films about childhood - "When I Become a Giant" by Inna Tumanyan and "Papa Is on a Business Trip" by Emir Kusturica, and two more films that were in the Berlinale program - "The Trap" by Srdan Golubovic and "Dovlatov" by Aleksey German Jr., where Serbian actor Milan Maric played the lead role.
I am most eager to talk to you about "The Trap" because I watched it about 5 years ago, just after my favorite Serbian actor Nebojsa Glogovac passed away. He lived in Lower Dorcol and often visited a cafe named "Krojac" - you have surely passed by at least once, you can easily recognize it by the dozens of chandeliers hanging from the ceiling.
Of course, Russian movies will have Serbian subtitles, and Serbian movies will have Russian subtitles.
Q&A sessions, as always, will also take place - more information can be found on the DrugDrugu channel.
