The order of how things will go for the grassroots music seminar and concert series tour are as followed

First Half

Introduction to panelists (10 minutes

Topic discussions (45-60 minutes)

Breakout Session - (45-60 minutes)

( Each panelist will take a group of participants and discuss/teach their specific specialty to group)

Q&A - 30- 45 minutes

(Intermission)

-During intermission artists performing will be interviewed prior to start of second half-

Second Half

Concert Series Performance (Each Artist will have a 6 minute slot to perform)

2 artists will be chosen to advance to final performance of tour in Chicago Sept 27th
