The organizers of the Street Performers Festival - Gradić Fest have announced the results of the competition for performers who will participate in this year's festival, which will be held from August 29 to 31 in the suburbs of the Petrovaradin Fortress.

As stated, within the 24th edition of the festival, artists of various profiles, musicians, acrobats, and performers will perform at numerous points.

This year, the local, Novi Sad scene will be represented by the original band Tehacerosi through a harmonious blend of rock and roll, reggae, domestic ethno music, and many other genres.

Alongside them, rap musician Menace and the indie alternative rock band Hydrogen, with two new summer singles, will perform.

It is explained that Belgrade performers also form a significant part of the program this year.

At the street points of the festival, the new darkwave synth-pop duo Neon Skyscraper, the award-winning singer-songwriter Stefan Bogosavljević - Bora, and the street artist Vladimir Tričković, who has been performing since he was nineteen and performs his compositions on the streets throughout Europe, will perform.

In the streets of Gradić, the Zrenjanin pop-rock band Uroš i Nejački, the Kikinda duo L&A Jazzical, as well as Mitar Zorić from Niš, will perform.

From the streets of foreign cities, Deyanie from Macedonia, the Dutch blues ensemble Underdog, the rock band from Tuzla named s-alt, and the Zagreb band Grozni Gadovi, whose music draws attention to problems in the world that are rarely talked about, will perform.

The selection of participants who applied for the 24th Street Performers Festival - Gradić Fest competition was entrusted to an artistic jury consisting of domestic program selector Jana Katić Čolević, multimedia artist and program editor of the Street Performers Festival Aleksandar Carić, and journalist and editor Sanja Macut Milovan.

In addition to the performers selected through the competition, regional and domestic artists by invitation, who will be announced later, will also perform at the festival.

All programs will once again be completely free for visitors.

The Street Performers Festival - Gradić Fest 2024 is organized by the Artistic Association "Inbox" from Novi Sad, with the sponsorship of the City of Novi Sad and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Serbia, as stated in the announcement.
