OFFLIMITS makes its return to Abu Dhabi with a second edition that transforms Etihad Park into a full-scale festival destination. Led by global icon Shakira, the festival lineup brings together Jonas Brothers and NE-YO, alongside Biffy Clyro, Myles Smith, KALEO, Scouting for Girls, Toploader, Bayou, Yara Mustafa and YAZ.
